Information stored
Admin accounts contain an email address, hashed password, role and account status. Administrative changes are recorded in an audit log. Download records store a file identifier, timestamp and whether the request used a byte range.
Cookies and service logs
Admin sign-in uses an essential, HTTP-only session cookie with a one-hour lifetime. Rate limits temporarily use IP addresses in Redis. Request logs include generated request IDs, route paths, response status and duration.
Optional analytics
When the operator configures Google Analytics, its script loads only after you allow analytics. You may decline or withdraw using Analytics preferences. Accepted analytics records page visits; advertising storage and personalization remain disabled. The selected preference is stored in this browser.
Before public launch
